The WIC (Women Infants and Children) Program provides supplemental nutritious foods to pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, infants, and children up to the age of five. Fathers may also bring their children to apply for WIC services. Additional services include health screenings, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, lactation consultant services, and referrals to health and social services.
WIC prevents anemia and low birth weight and ensures that infants and children have key nutrients for growth and brain development.
Enrollment is open to all eligible applicants, working families, and those receiving public assistance.
Our offices are conveniently located in Hunterdon, Somerset, Sussex, and Warren Counties. Hours include standard business hours as well as evening hours for working parents.

Norwescap Healthy Famililes - TIP of Warren and Hunterdon
We serve families living in Warren and Hunterdon Counties, with the majority of families living in Phillipsburg, in which the mother is pregnant or has an infant up to the age of 3 months. We can also enroll families who receive TANF up until the child is 12 months old in both counties.
NORWESCAP Child and Family Resource Services
NORWESCAP Child and Family Resource Services (CFRS) enhances the accessibility and quality of early care and education programs for the child care community. NORWESCAP CFRS implements child care subsidy programs in Hunterdon, Sussex and Warren Counties.
Norwescap Food Bank
The Food Bank is dedicated to ending hunger and reducing food waste by soliciting, storing and distributing donated food and other products to charitable organizations
