The Catholic Charities Independent Living Program (ILP) located in Phillipsburg New Jersey consists of 4 apartments which are semi-supervised.  Staff are scheduled for 21 hours per day, and may be either at the office located within one of the apartments, or assisting residents with transportation.  Staff are available 24 hours per day for resident emergencies.
