The YES Program has been designed to help you get a job, get into school and solve the problems that have been holding you back.  YES will do this by giving you tools that will enable you to accomplish your goals while becoming independent and reaching your full potential.

Job Preperation:

• The YES Program can link you with the Middle Earth VISIONS Program which will provide you with Pre-Vocational training and a paid career sampling that will be a good match for your interests and abilities.
• You will learn Pre-Vocational skills including resume writing and job interviewing.
• You will receive support in exploring employment opportunities and training upon completion of your career sampling.

Education:

•  If you've dropped out of High School and are not enrolled in any academic or training program, your Case Manager will refer you to GED Preparation service
• Assist you in developing your career goals
•  YES will guide you through the enrollment process if a training program or college is necessary to achieving your career goals
•  Explore applying for grants/Financial Aid whether it be for post-secondary education or vocation training.
