Sussex-Warren Project Family Connect Central Intake has been funded by the New Jersey Department of Health to offer a single point of entry for community residents to call and receive referrals to local resources.

Central Intake connects women, men, children and families with resources and services that exist to offer help in their local community.

Central Intake can help you find resources for your diverse needs, such as housing, health insurance, home visitation, affordable child care, transportation, services for seniors and veterans, and more. We can also connect you with social services, WIC and other programs in your area.
