The Family Loan Program is designed to help eligible low- and moderate-income families and individuals access low-interest loans (6% - 8%) to remain employed and maintain financial stability.

Loan Types Available:

• Used Car Purchase: Up to $3,000
• Auto Repair or Auto Insurance: Up to $1,000
• Back Rent, Back Mortgage, or Security Deposit: Up to $1,000
• Child Day Care or Summer Care: Up to $800
• Employment-Related Expenses: Up to $500

Eligibility Requirements:

• Currently employed for at least 20 hours per week or more
• Steady employment for the past six months or longer
• Demonstrate that the loan is necessary to maintain employment
• Demonstrate the ability to repay the loan
• Must have a Social Security Number
• Meet income guidelines (250% or below of the Federal Poverty Guidelines)
• Reside in Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset, Sussex, or Warren County
