McGovern Behavioral Healthcare is a community-based mental health provider based in Northern NJ. We offer highly effective and individually specialized mental health services for children, adolescents, young adults, and their families through PerformCare and Children’s System of Care.
Intensive In-Community Services
IIC is intensive counseling services offered in the home and community for youth, young adults, and families. Services are provided statewide New Jersey Children’s System of Care for youth between the ages of 5-21. IIC is an analytical, focused goal oriented, and needs based clinical intervention that addresses emotional and behavioral challenges of youth with moderate to high needs.
When determined to be clinically appropriate, upon completion of IIC services, a continuation of counseling may be provided at a lower level of care.
