Legal Services

We provide pro bono attorneys to represent unaccompanied immigrant and refugee children in their deportation proceedings, as well as legal screenings, and Know Your Rights presentations.

 

Public Education and Outreach

We work to change law, policy, and practice to ensure that unaccompanied children receive fair and appropriate treatment in the U.S. immigration system.

 

Regional Work

We help protect children’s rights and safety before, during, and after migration. KIND also helps children returning to their home reintegrate back into their community.
