Our program combines carefully designed counseling and social learning experiences with innovative academic instruction to promote social growth, behavioral change, and academic success. The school creates a supportive environment based on mutual respect and requires everyone to share responsibility for maintaining a healthy and safe learning community. Teachers, administrators and counselors work as a team to help students develop personal accountability and raise students' confidence in their ability to succeed.

Educational Services: Academic instruction at the Hunterdon Preparatory School is a collaborative process between teachers and students. Coursework assignments are highly personalized to address the goals, objectives and instructional methods identified in each student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

Counseling Services: The Hunterdon Preparatory School is an educational social system formed as a supportive school community. The Hunterdon Prep community creates a network of mutual support, encourages a sense of value, and requires members to be responsible for themselves and to each other.
