High Point supports our clients with mental illness and addiction and sets them on the path to recovery, fulfillment, and independence.

We offer comprehensive, structured, non-residential health services provided to adult clients in a day program setting to maximize client’s independence and community living skills. High Point strives to provide or arrange services necessary to meet the comprehensive needs of individual clients.

Mental Health Partial Care:
  • Partial Care is 3 or more full days of treatment per week (9:30 to 3:45)
  • Transportation provided, Breakfast, Lunch, and Snack provided
  • Psychiatric services provided by psychiatrists/APNs including LAIs and MATs
  • Includes co-occurring services for those also struggling with substance use
  • Case Management services to link and refer to additional outside resources

Partial care is an intensive, nonresidential, therapeutic treatment program.  Our program provides clinical treatment services in a stable, trusting environment.

Our Partial Care system provides clients with a highly structured intensive day treatment program. The treatment includes group therapy and support, therapeutic activities to address daily living (ADL) skills, recreation and stabilization needs; psychiatric assessment and medication management; case coordination; and referral, advocacy, and linkage to other services.

Admissions Criteria: Primary mental health diagnosis; must be 18 years old; must have Medicaid or eligible in-network insurance provider; must be able to function as a member of the treatment community; must be willing to engage in group therapy.

Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program:
  • IOP is 3-5 half-days of treatment per week (9:00 to 12:30)
  • One individual counseling session per week 
  • Transportation provided
  • Breakfast and lunch provided
  • Includes co-occurring services for those also struggling with mental illness
  • Psychiatric services available including MATs and LAIs
Substance Use Standard Outpatient Program:
  • Outpatient is 1-2 half-days of treatment per week (9:00 to 12:30)
  • One to two individual counseling sessions per week (times may vary)
  • Transportation provided
  • Breakfast and lunch provided
  • Includes co-occurring services for those also struggling with mental illness
  • Psychiatric services available including MATs and LAIs
Eligibility Insurances / Payments Accepted: • Medicaid • Managed Medicaid Plans: MLTSS & SNP; Optum/United Behavioral Health; Horizon; Aetna; Amerigroup; Wellcare • Commercial Insurance: Horizon BCBS; United Healthcare/Optum; Most other insurance plans can be accepted if you have out-of-network benefits • DUI-funded evaluation and treatment services • Recovery court, probation, or parole funded evaluation and treatment services • Self-pay is accepted as well; a sliding scale may be available depending on eligibility Please contact the Outreach Department at 908-788-5979 x304 or x325 for any insurance/funding questions and we can run your insurance prior to scheduling your first appointment.
