Held & Seen Coaching is a private, structured coaching practice founded by Yoyce Geronimo Galvan, M.A., a queer Latina coach with a Master of Arts in Clinical and Counseling Psychology and over a decade of experience in behavioral health systems serving families, Latine and LGBTQ+ communities.

The practice serves three populations:

• LGBTQ+ individuals navigating identity, belonging, and the emotional weight of existing inside families and communities that cannot fully hold who they are.
• Family members and caregivers supporting a loved one with serious mental illness or substance use, who are running on empty and have nowhere to go for support of their own.
• Trauma survivors who are past the immediate crisis and finding their way back to themselves.

All services are offered virtually and are available in both English and Spanish, with full cultural context built into every engagement. Coaching engagements are structured across twelve sessions and four phases, with a clear beginning and end, tailored entirely around the individual client.
