Cross Roads is a welcoming, ecumenical retreat center and camp of the Episcopal Diocese of Newark and the NJ Synod of the ELCA. We are accredited with the American Camp Association. Our Mission is to Joyfully experience God and Creation through faith, fellowship and fun!

Cross Roads is an inspiring and relaxing year-round retreat center offering comfortable facilities and professional programming for secular and spiritual groups of all ages. Located on 250 glorious acres atop the stunning mountain landscape of northwestern New Jersey, our cozy retreat centers and cabins house up to 300 people. Guests enjoy our beautiful hiking trails, private lake, and an abundance of outdoor and indoor recreational areas including basketball, volleyball, soccer, football, and open space for field games. And while we love this quiet and peaceful corner of the state, we are conveniently located within 30 miles of the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, 55 miles of New York City, and 70 miles of Philadelphia.
