Starting from March 15, 2024, till June 30, 2024, the Emergency Utility Rescue program will be available to those in need. To qualify for assistance, you must ensure that the bill is under your name or anyone living with you and that a termination notice is imminent. After meeting these requirements, you can apply for the 2023/2024 LIHEAP rescue mission to receive help.

To check the status of your LIHEAP application, please email us at [email protected]. In the subject line, please include your name, county, and the month you submitted your application.

If you need emergency assistance, please send us a copy of your shut-off notice to [email protected]. In the subject line, include "EA" and the name of your utility company. For example, "EA JCP&L".
