Kate Langhart specializes in helping parents and children emotionally bond to create healthy, loving, affectionate parent-child relationships. Kate is dedicated to helping children and families recover from the effects of early childhood traumas including abuse, neglect and family upheaval. Kate works with families of all configurations including single parents, same sex couples, blended families, foster families and families who have adopted children domestically and internationally. Member, National Association of Social Workers Certified Clinician, EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Registered Clinician with ATTACh, Association for Treatment and Training in the Attachment of Children The therapeutic process is inclusive in nature and involves both child and parent participation.
