Charlie Health’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) combines supported groups, family therapy, and individual therapy into a series of personalized sessions multiple times per week. Our experts use research to address mental health struggles at their roots.

We are a virtual, evidence-based Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) serving individuals ages 11–50. Our model is designed to offer high-acuity care that’s accessible and flexible—ideal for students, working professionals, and anyone in between who needs meaningful support without upending their daily life.

What sets us apart?

• No Waitlist
  Clients can start immediately. I’ll personally make sure we get your client scheduled for their biopsychosocial (BPS) assessment within 24 hours.
• Curated Small Groups
  Our groups are intentionally small—usually 6–8 clients, sometimes even 4–6—to foster connection and impact. We match participants not only by diagnosis, but also by age, preferred modality, and lived experience, creating a truly tailored and affirming treatment space.
• Specialty Tracks
  LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent, BIPOC, Eating Disorders, SUD, and more.
• Family Engagement
  Family therapy is offered for every client, plus support groups every weekday.
• Flexible Schedules
  Programming runs Monday–Saturday, with group options as early as 8:00 am and as late as 11:00 pm—plus Saturday sessions at 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. Great for students, parents, and working adults.
• Insurance
  We accept most major commercial plans, including Tricare. Unsure if a client is covered? Message me, and I’ll run a quick VOB for you.

  Med management support is available when needed.
