Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco for Boy Scouts

Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco operates at or near capacity for six weeks every summer, as well as each weekend throughout the remainder of the year. Owned and operated by the Northern NJ Council, BSA, the camp is easily one of the most popular and best-loved Boy Scout camps in the state.

Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco has operated continuously since the summer of 1927. Situated alongside the Kittatinny Ridge, the camp is actively used not only by the Scouting community of northern New Jersey, but also the rest of the state, Pennsylvania, New York, and beyond. Our summer camp program and food is not to be beat and our outstanding facilities are perfect for winter camping and events.

Summer Camp Programs:

Nature Programs: Scouts can earn a wide variety of badges at Nature, or they can just visit the lodge to learn about some of the local wildlife in the Kittatinny Mountains.

Quartermaster Programs: In addition to supplying camp with tools and other supplies, the Quartermaster offers Welding and Woodworking merit badges, and allows scouts to check out mountain bikes.

Scoutcraft Programs: At Scoutcraft, scouts can hone their outdoor skills and earn merit badges, including Camping, Cooking, Emergency Preparedness, Hiking, Wilderness Survival, Orienteering, Geocaching, Search and Rescue and Pioneering.
