Founded in 1953 Camp Lee Mar has brought many innovations to the field of camping for children with special needs, and continues to do so.  Lee Mar is a private 7 week residential summer program for campers 7-21.

Our campers have mild to Moderate Learning and Developmental Challenges. This is inclusive of but not limited to:

• Speech and Language Therapy - Each Camper benefits from an individualized speech program, within small groups. Many of our campers are eligible for Extended School Year (ESY) funding.

• Academics - Our Academics Department works to support and maintain goals established during the school year. Many of our campers are eligible for Extended School Year funding (ESY)while at Lee Mar, working towards goals derived from their IEP
