The Hunterdon County Sheriff's Office is proud to announce autism and dementia wallet cards. These cards will help individuals explain their medical conditions and diagnosis to emergency responders and law enforcement. The cards can also help facilitate effective communication between law enforcement and community members, and improve interactions. 

Cards are free of charge.
