Referral Process

All clients are referred through the Department of Children and Families/Performcare: 877-652-7624.

Services Provided

After school program for children ages 6 to 21 and an after work program for adults ages 22 and older.

Transportation: Transportation home provided at the end of the day.

Fee: None.
