CAMP HORIZONS: A summer day camp for ages 7-12. For two separate weeks over the summer we go on day trips to many different places.

Welcome to Camp Lou Henry Hoover Residential Summer Camp, located in Middleville, NJ. Camp Hoover has been shaping great summer memories for girls in grades 1 to 12 since 1953 through learning, discovering, exploring, challenging opportunities, and creating!

Our overnight camp allows for weekend, full-week, and two-week sessions all year long. It’s a time for campers to bolster their self-esteem and independence while having fun. This allows caregivers to take some time for themselves while knowing their loved one is both safe and making memories that will last a lifetime.

Camp Nejeda has been providing empowering summer camp and other programs for children with type 1 diabetes and their families since 1958. In addition to providing eight weeks of traditional Summer Sleep-Away camp, Camp Nejeda offers Family Camps, Day Camps, Spring and Fall weekend programs, T1D Adult Weekend, Nurse Education seminars and much more.

Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco operates at or near capacity for six weeks every summer, as well as each weekend throughout the remainder of the year. Owned and operated by the Northern NJ Council, BSA, the camp is easily one of the most popular and best-loved Boy Scout camps in the state.

Each summer, campers enjoy a week of traditional camp activities such as swimming in the lake, boating, fishing, zip-lining, arts and crafts, yoga, dancing, acting, and of course s’mores at the evening campfire. New Dates: July 21- 27 2024.

Camp Okee Sunokee is a six week day camp that encourages the development of recreation and social skills through participation in a variety of activities including arts & crafts, sports & games, music, cooking, swimming, and trips. Self-confidence and educational growth are enhanced through participation in the many activities offered.

JCC Camp Ruach is an extraordinary day camp located at the Shimon and Sara Birnbaum Jewish Community Center on over 14 beautiful acres of land. Our 8-week program offers campers ages 15 months through grade 9 a fun-filled summer!

CASA programs and CASA volunteers serve children in foster care throughout most of New Jersey. There are 16 independent CASA programs serving each of the NJ court vicinages. A Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) is a trained citizen who is appointed by a judge to represent the best interests of a child in court. Children helped by CASA volunteers are those who have been removed from their home because of abuse or neglect.

The Fund is a financial assistance program for New Jersey Families with potentially catastrophic medical expenses due to a child’s illness or condition. 

Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen, incorporated in 1982, is a non-profit Agency dedicated to service, quality and outreach for members of the community, especially those who are poor, devalued and in need of help. The Agency, which evolved from the Catholic Welfare Bureau of Trenton founded in 1913, provides programs to the four counties of the Diocese of Metuchen with selected services that reach throughout the State of New Jersey.
