TeamCare LLC is an approved respite care, Intensive In-Home (IIH), and Intensive In-Community (IIC) provider through the NJ Department of Children and Families, Children's System of Care (CSOC). We provide agency hired respite care as well as self hired respite care reimbursement.

Community Supports Network provides services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including community-based supports, individual supports and supported employment. The program provides rapid access to comprehensive services in order to maintain an individual's stability in the community and avoid hospitalization. Services are provided on a short-term basis for a period of 2 to 3 months, while an individual is awaiting linkage to community providers.
