The Wellness and Recovery Center offers rapid crisis support to individuals experiencing an urgent mental health concern. By managing troubling symptoms earlier, individuals may find the development of more serious problems is reduced. Care is provided in a warm and inviting environment that is separate from the medical facility.
NLC Support is a New Jersey Support Coordination Agency offering support coordination in Atlantic, Bergen, Burlington, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset and Union counties.
The Rutgers Community Living Education Project (CLEP) provides information, education, and support to people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, their family and support professionals when exploring a transition from the Children's System of Care (CSOC) to the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).
CGE is a non-profit human service and health care organization providing ;an uncompromised continuum of care across prevention and treatment of substance use and mental health disorders, for individuals who have experienced trauma. Programs include residential treatment centers for pregnant and parenting women and their children.
The Division of Family and Community Partnership (DFCP) funds a statewide network of over 50 Family Support Centers as “one-stop” shops that provide wrap-around resources and supports for families before they find themselves in crisis. Family Success Centers (FSC) offer services to families and bring together concerned community residents, leaders, and community agencies to address the problems that threaten the safety and stability of families and the community.
The Hunterdon County ESC has two school campuses, three student transportation facilities, and administrative offices all at various locations.

Advocates in Action provides a variety of services to our community. Currently, we offer Support Coordination Services in Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, Warren, Morris and Passaic Counties. Advocates also provide comprehensive leadership and training programs for caregivers, leadership, and staff.
NJ TRANSIT's ADA paratransit program known as Access Link was established to provide public transportation to people with disabilities who are unable to use the local bus service according to the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). You may ride with Access Link or any other NJ TRANSIT mode for some or all of your transportation needs.

FGC’s Crisis Intervention Unit (FCIU) provides immediate assistance to families experiencing serious disruption in child/ parent relationships (i.e. truancy, runaway behavior, family conflict) to avoid involvement in the juvenile justice system and to keep families together.
We offer Individual Therapy, Couple Therapy, Family Therapy, and Intensive In the Community (IIC), Outpatient, and BA services to youth and families.
