Philip House is New Hope Foundation's newest Halfway House, with outpatient facilities located at 190 Chelsea Avenue, Long Branch NJ 07440.

Our Halfway House facility provides structure and support services for adult men in the early stages of recovery from chemical dependency. Our mission is to provide intensive treatment services to clients that have an honest desire to remain drug and alcohol free and are motivated to maintain a productive, healthy lifestyle.
