Camp Marcella is an inspiring facility designed and owned by the NJ Camp for Blind Children (NJCBC), a non-profit organization that was established in 1947. NJCBC recognized the need for a complete camping experience for blind children and went ahead to recruit the right people for the right job. With the contributions of over 1300 organizations and individuals, including Lions Clubs of New Jersey, Camp Marcella opened its gates that summer and has been a beacon of hope for blind children ever since.
