Tara L. Prezioso, LCSW LLC is a Medicaid provider through the NJ Children's System of Care (CSOC). We provide short-term, emotional/behavioral therapy and support to at-risk children and their families.

I’ve been in clinical practice for 11 years in various settings in the NJ CSOC including CCIS and PHP at Trinitas Medical Center and the Juvenile Detention Center and Youth Shelter in Morris County.  I have also spent the last 10 years as an in-home therapist and needs assessor.  I have extensive experience with youth involved with the JJC and have a certificate in Juvenile Sex Offender treatment.  Most recently, I became a certified Nurtured Heart Approach® trainer, which I implement in daily practice as well as train parents, educators, and agencies.

For the last 12 years, we have been working with children and their families in a variety of settings, at different levels of intensity, including crisis intervention (CCIS, CIU), partial hospitalization programs, and in-home therapy.

We believe that, more often than not, each of us has the strength within us to overcome and persevere. Therapy provides a safe environment in which each client can discover and unlock their greatness!
