TRAUMATIC LOSS COALITION FOR YOUTH

Provides assistance to schools and community following a traumatic loss event or critical incident affecting youth.

Co-Occurring & Relationship Empowerment (CARE)
A client-driven wellness and recovery program dedicated to empowering individuals who struggle with co-occurring mental health, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges, to make choices in support of self-determination and personal growth.

Options for Men & Women
A 26-week psycho-educational curriculum for those seeking to end intimate partner violence.

REACH FOR RECOVERY (R4R)
A community-based recovery support program that assists participants in developing skills to improve whole health, build community, and address ambivalence in their recovery journey.

Assisted Outpatient Treatment Services (AOTS)
Staff provide supportive case management to individuals who are remanded to involuntary outpatient treatment, with the goal of remaining in the community.

Touchstone Intensive Support Services
A goal-oriented, structured therapeutic program for adults with persistent mental health problems to attain wellness.

Project Outreach (PATH)
Assists people with persistent mental health problems who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Employment Works
A supported employment program that assists individuals with persistent mental health problems to integrate into the competitive workforce.
