Outsiders Youth Association Youth Program

The main purpose of this program is to help build strong, positive relationships among our youth. We want to create a safe space where everyone can be themselves, have fun, and build confidence. Our goal is to also support youth in achieving any personal goals they may have. We will provide the tools and resources needed for them to succeed in everyday life, whether it’s improving social skills, learning new things, or simply making friends. We hope you will join us on this exciting journey and be part of a supportive community!

Mentoring
We focus on important areas like social skills, leadership training, and professional development. Through fun activities and community outings, we encourage young individuals to connect with each other and learn about teamwork and responsibility

Field trips
Monthly field trips provide exciting opportunities for youth to grow, learn, and create lasting memories in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. These experiences can shape their interests and help them develop a better understanding of the world around them.

CPR Training
At Outsiders, our goal is to ensure that every young person in our program who wants to learn becomes certified in CPR. We believe that knowing CPR is an important skill that can help save lives. By getting certified, our youth will feel more confident and ready to help in emergencies.

Speakers
At Outsiders, we are excited to offer speakers who can connect with all the young people in our program. These speakers come from different backgrounds and have valuable experiences to share. They will talk about important topics that can help our youth think positively about their futures.

Job Training
At Outsiders, we are dedicated to helping young people succeed. We offer job assistance and support to guide youth in our program toward their goals. Our team is here to listen and provide advice, whether it's writing a resume, preparing for interviews, or exploring different career paths.

Youth Leadership
At Outsiders, we will start a youth leadership group for young people aged 13 and older who are interested in becoming leaders. This group will help plan and run fun activities and trips that everyone can enjoy. We will have different ranks, beginning with the president, who will lead the group under the supervision of the Program director.

Support
At Outsiders, we want to help young people who need support. We will provide clothing, food, personal hygiene items, and other important things that can make their lives better. Many youth face challenges, and we believe everyone deserves the basics to feel comfortable and cared for. Our goal is to ensure that every young person has the
