New Life Counseling and Mental Health
Behavioral Health Services are delivered to youth in their home to support a least restrictive environment. The identified clients are youth between the ages of 5 – 18 years of age. The goal is provide intensive intervention, stabilization and supportive services with families in order to prevent residential placement, family and or school disruptions. Treatment and support services are child centered, family-focused, strength based, culturally competent and responsive to each child’s psychosocial, developmental, and treatment care needs.
A team of highly dedicated licensed clinical therapists and certified behavioral assistants are matched with families and youth who request services and work to help them meet their individualized goals. Service plans are developed with the family and youth to ensure that goals are measurable, short-term and solution focused.
Based upon a needs assessment; we utilize a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, play therapy(children) and solution focused brief treatment modalities. Our focus is to assist you in reaching your treatment goals effectively and efficiently within a supportive, caring and non- judgmental therapeutic environment. We are respectful, sensitive and aware of cultural, racial and gender diversity, and promote this awareness throughout our counseling principles.
