Hackensack Meridian Health Carrier Clinic Blake Recovery Center's Intensive Outpatient Program is located on the beautiful Carrier Clinic campus in Belle Mead, NJ. The program serves adults 18 years and older struggling with addiction. The program offers a full comprehensive assessment and group, family, and individual treatment by addiction professionals. Clients learn relapse prevention techniques, coping skills, family dynamics, multiple pathways to recovery, and practice mindfulness. A family program is offered weekly for loved ones. A strong alumni group and network is offered for patients after discharge.
