Future Project is an approved Medicaid provider that provides in home services as well as outpatient services. Future Project provides in home services via Telehealth and in person in the following counties: Somerset, Hunterdon, Warren, Union, Essex, Passaic & Bergen. 

 Future Project provides outpatient services via Telehealth and in-person at our Bridgewater facility. Future Project currently accepts the following insurances: Medicaid, United Health Care & Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield. 

Future Project also provides direct care services to individuals who have intellectual disabilities ages 21 & older via the community and our day rehabilitation program in Plainfield, NJ.
