Coordinated Specialty Care & Community Integration of Bergen and Morris County
An early intervention program for first episode psychosis
Coordinated Specialty Care – Community Integration (CSC-CI) services cater to Northern NJ residents between the ages of 15 and 35 who have experienced unusual thoughts, behaviors, or sensory experiences affecting their daily functioning for greater than one week but less than two years. The program offers timely, person-centered to aid individuals in resuming work or school, tailored to their specific needs through collaborative decision-making.
Program Goals:
Our goal is to address and mitigate the trajectory of psychosis by promptly identifying and treating symptoms through comprehensive support, education, and skill building. These efforts have been shown to improve overall prognosis and quality of life for individuals and their families
Specialized Services:
Individual, family, and group therapy
Medication evaluation, administration and counseling
Peer support through psychoeducational counseling
Educational/vocational support
Outreach and case management for youth, young adults, and their
families
