"The Camden County Partnership for Children will partner with children, families, and communities to provide an integrated, strength-based, comprehensive, accessible, and accountable system of care management for children with emotional and behavioral challenges and their families throughout Camden County."
Camden County Partnership for Children is a non-profit care management organization that provides services to children and families in Camden County. We are part of the statewide Children's Initiative that is reforming the way children with serious emotional and behavioral challenges and their families receive the supportive services they need.
Camden County Partnership for Children works in partnership with children, their families/caregivers to create solutions for the desired changes in their lives. We are advocates working with and for families to build and coordinate a network of care for their children by partnering with providers and the community.
The site is divided into three sections:
- Family Services: We have designed the Family Services section for those families looking for assistance and services. This section will explain how to enroll your child in our programs.
- Service Providers: We have designed the Service Providers section as resource for the Service Providers in the state.
- Community Resources: To post information regarding local community organizations, their activities, and how they work with our children.
