This tool is designed to assist school staff and students with disabilities and their families in their efforts to prepare students for entry into a successful adult life after high school. By the end of this presentation, participants should be able to navigate the NJ Transition Toolkit and be familiar with the important and useful information available on the website about transition for students with disabilities.
