Access Link ADA Paratransit (NJ Transit)
NJ TRANSIT's ADA paratransit program known as Access Link was established to provide public transportation to people with disabilities who are unable to use the local bus service according to the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). You may ride with Access Link or any other NJ TRANSIT mode for some or all of your transportation needs.
Advocates in Action
Advocates in Action provides a variety of services to our community. Currently, we offer Support Coordination Services in Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, Warren, Morris and Passaic Counties. Advocates also provide comprehensive leadership and training programs for caregivers, leadership, and staff.
Alliance Center for Independence (ACI)
The Alliance Center for Independence (ACI) recognizes disability as a natural and beautiful part of human diversity. ACI is a 501(c)(3) community-based, grassroots organization that supports and promotes independent living for people with disabilities in Middlesex, Union and Somerset counties in New Jersey.
Arc of New Jersey Family Institute
The Arc of New Jersey Family Institute is a statewide program that helps family members gain the tools and knowledge necessary to become an effective advocate for their child with an intellectual and developmental disability. It also supports families as they navigate the different service delivery systems including IEPs, Medicaid, and state services.
Camp Nova
Camp NOVA is a wonderful opportunity for youth and adults living with epilepsy and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities to enjoy summer camp.
Camp NOVA is a 7-day, 6-night overnight camp where campers participate in group and individual activities, making lifelong memories and friends!
DVRS Students in Transition from School to Work
This program is for students that are within two years of graduation or exiting from the school system with a defined disability, who will need further assistance after graduation in order to maintain employment in the adult community.
EP Magazine: Print and Free Digital Publication Serving the Special Needs Community
Exceptional Parent Magazine, a print and digital publication, is directed towards the Special Needs community. The digital version is available for free at www.epmagazine.com. It provides articles, resources and inspiring stories on disabilities and special healthcare needs.
Family Resource Network (FRN)
FRN is a comprehensive family-focused umbrella of organizations designed to provide community-based programs and services to individuals and families with a variety of disabilities and chronic conditions through our three affiliate organizations: Autism Family Services of New Jersey, Caregivers of New Jersey, and Epilepsy Services of New Jersey.

Our top-notch Music Therapist, Nicholas Abrahams, is dedicated to helping achieve wellness goals through the art of sound. We provide in-home and virtual music therapy and adaptive music lessons to individuals with all support needs.
Hunterdon County Office on Disabilities Services
The Hunterdon County Office on Disability Services helps to provide a coordinated approach to the resources available for people with disabilities, their families, and other members of the community. The Office on Disability Services is part of the Hunterdon County Department of Human Services Division of Senior, Disabilities and Veteran Services.
Hunterdon Outreach Programs

Kinder Growth DIR/Floortime Therapy
Kinder Growth offers home-based DIR/Floortime for neurodivergent individuals ages 0-21 throughout all of NJ, and has a full-day center program in North Jersey for ages 1-6. DIR/Floortime is covered by NJ Medicaid and Aetna Commercial. An F84.0-F84.9 diagnosis script is needed to start. We support your child’s development through play and connection!
Life Town
LifeTown is a 53,000 square foot fully inclusive and accessible center where everyone celebrates and experiences life together. It offers a myriad of opportunities for recreation, education and therapeutic play aimed at providing a comprehensive slate of programming for individuals with special abilities and their families.

Riding with HEART
Riding with HEART is a 501(C) 3 Non-Profit organization located in Pittstown, NJ on 30 Green Acres Preserved Farmland. Riding with HEART (RWH) provides a multitude of equine assisted activities and therapies to adults and children that may have physical, cognitive, or emotional disabilities.
Somerset County Office on Aging and Disability Services
The Somerset County AAA/ADRC is your local agency for ensuring seniors (60+), adults with disabilities (18+), and their caregivers have easy access to information, long-term services, and supports. Special Dragons - ADHD/Autism Karate for Children with Special Needs
Special Dragons is a karate program for children with special needs. Special Dragons adaptive karate uses special education teachers and black-belts as instructors. Special Dragons utilizes basic Karate techniques to address eye/hand coordination, motor control, conditioning, balance, focus/time on task, and more.

Warren County Division of Aging and Disability Services
The Warren County Division of Aging and Disability Services is Warren County's designated lead agency and administrator of Federal, State, and Local funds to assist Warren County's older adults. All services and information are directly provided, purchased (through contract agreements), and coordinated by our professional staff.
