High Focus Centers is offering both in-person and teletherapy for mental health and substance abuse treatment.

Our Branchburg location provides outpatient addiction rehab services, as well as day and evening mental health programs to the Somerset County and Hunterdon County area. Our team uses evidence-based treatment models to help adults, teens, and middle-school-aged children achieve long-term wellness and recovery.

Adult Mental Health and Addiction Programs
Structured outpatient treatment is a viable option for many individuals who are in need of addiction rehab or help with a psychiatric disorder. Many individuals looking to transition home after an inpatient or rehab stay greatly benefit from outpatient levels of treatment. Other patients who are able may opt to begin at IOP or PHP as an alternative, since these options offer more flexibility, allowing you to continue going to school, work, and home to your family.

High Focus Centers offers structured programming for adults and adolescents in need of help with addiction and/or mental health issues. Partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming are available to teens and adults who are struggling with psychiatric symptoms. For adults in need of substance use treatment, IOP is available along with a weekly substance use outpatient group.

• Partial Hospitalization for Psychiatric Disorders
  The primary goal of our partial hospitalization program is to stabilize some of the more severe mental health symptoms a teen or an adult may be experiencing, such as depression, anxiety, or self-harm. The program offers DBT skills training in addition to group therapy and psychoeducation aimed at providing quick relief.
• Intensive Outpatient Program
  Intensive outpatient programming (IOP) is approximately three hours per session, making this a more flexible option for treatment. Both day and evening groups are available, and we have IOP for addiction as well as a separate IOP for psychiatric disorders. Clients generally attend 2-5 days per week for up to two months; this extended period of time allows for a smooth transition back to productive daily living.

Teen Mental Health Programs
We offer the following teen mental health services at this location:

• Partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs
• A middle school program for ages 10-13
• A special co-occurring disorders IOP for teens with both mental health and addiction issues
