Community Care Behavioral Health is a psychiatric partial care day program licensed by the Division of Mental Health Services, led by a management team with over 25 years of professional experience working with consumers with severe and acute mental illness.
The program provides a comprehensive array of psychiatric rehabilitation treatment and services that include case management, counseling, group therapy, skills building groups, co-occurring disorders groups, psycho education, psychiatric evaluations and medication monitoring, pre-vocational and work skills groups, therapeutic recreational and social activities. CCBH provides specialized tracks for individuals, who in addition to having a mental illness also have substance abuse issues or developmental disabilities.
