Services & Programs

  • Case Management Services & MedCareLines
    • Professional case managers at PAF work with the mission to identify and reduce the challenges that individuals like yourself are having when seeking care for their disease.

  • Co-Pay Relief Program
    • The PAF Co-Pay Relief Program, one of the self-contained divisions of PAF, provides direct financial assistance to insured patients who meet certain qualifications to help them pay for the prescriptions and/or treatments they need. This assistance helps patients afford the out-of-pocket costs for these items that their insurance companies require.

  • Financial Aid Funds
    • This independent division of Patient Advocate Foundation provides small grants to patients who meet financial and medical criteria. Grants are provided on first-come first served basis and are distributed until funds are depleted. Qualifications and processes for each fund may differ based on fund requirements.
  • Apply for a Scholarship
    • During PAF's daily interactions with patients, PAF staff often interact with patients and families who have experienced the impact of chronic illness on post-secondary education. In 2000, Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board, Nancy Davenport-Ennis established the Scholarship for Survivors program to honor these individuals by offering educational scholarships to individuals who have suffered (or are suffering) a life-threatening disease or chronic condition. These students have, despite their disease/condition, excelled academically, served the community, and desire to pursue a secondary education.
