Goodbye, Without Leaving:
Coping with Ambiguous Loss
A new, four-part support/education series
Having a loved one who has been altered permanently by an injury or diagnosis - Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia, Traumatic Brain Injury or Stroke - can be a difficult interpersonal transition for loved ones who care for them. The many feelings that accompany this situation describe ambiguous loss, or grieving the loss of someone who is not the same as you knew and loved them. If you are experiencing this, please join us for a 4-part series that combines education, support, coping and connection.
There is no cost for participation, this program is supported by the Caregivers Initiative in Hunterdon County and facilitated by Hunterdon Behavioral Health clinicians.
Mondays at 10AM September 23, October 28, November 25 & December 23
Hunterdon County Library (Main Room)
314 Route 12, Flemington, NJ
